Delivery & Shipping
Yes. Order before 4PM and your order will be dispatched the same day within Dubai. Orders placed after 4PM are dispatched the following morning. Same-day delivery applies to Dubai only — see below for the rest of UAE.
We deliver across the UAE within 1-2 business days. This covers Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. Remote areas may take an extra day.
Yes — free shipping on all orders above AED 150. Orders below AED 150 have a flat delivery fee of AED 15.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp at any time for a live update on your order.
We deliver 7 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays. On UAE public holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended — we will notify you if there is any delay.
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If no one is available, they will attempt redelivery the following day or arrange a convenient time with you directly.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All card payments are processed securely — we do not store your card details.
Yes. COD is available across Dubai and the UAE. There is a small COD handling fee of AED 10, which is waived on orders above AED 200. Pay the delivery driver in cash when your order arrives.
Completely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and is powered by a certified UAE payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Not currently. We are working on adding Tabby or Tamara buy-now-pay-later options in the near future.
Products & Authenticity
Yes — always. We source directly through established UAE distributor networks via Dragon Mart, Dubai's largest wholesale hub. Every product we sell is genuine and passes through our team before it reaches you. We do not sell grey-market, counterfeit, or imitation products.
All our products come with authentic brand packaging. Many brands — including OXVA, Vaporesso, Uwell, and Voopoo — include a scratch-and-verify QR code on the box. If you ever have any doubt, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you verify.
Yes. We update our catalogue regularly as new products hit the UAE market. Follow us on Instagram at @vapdeals.ae or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new products are added.
Use the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and we will send you an alert the moment it is back in stock. Alternatively, WhatsApp us — we may have stock arriving sooner than the site reflects.
Yes. We carry a range of 0mg nicotine e-liquids. Filter by nicotine level on the E-Liquids collection page.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened e-liquids, used disposable vapes, and opened nicotine pouches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We are sorry to hear that. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 24 hours — no questions asked.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Yes, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to arrange an exchange.
Age Verification
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from vapdeals.ae. This is in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 and subsequent regulations governing the sale of tobacco and nicotine products.
We use an age confirmation gate on the website. For COD orders, our delivery staff reserve the right to request ID at the point of delivery if there is any doubt about the customer's age. Orders will not be handed over to anyone appearing to be under 18.
