Return and Refund Policy

At vapdeals.ae, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If there is an issue with your purchase, we are here to help — but please note that all return and refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a return request, message us on WhatsApp or email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within a few hours with next steps. Return requests raised after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, no exceptions.



NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the UAE, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Disposable vapes (any brand)
  • E-liquids and nicotine salts
  • Nicotine pouches (ZYN, VELO, Pablo, White Fox, etc.)
  • JUUL pods, MYLE pods, and any pre-filled pods
  • Terea sticks, HEETS, and any heated tobacco consumables
  • Any item that has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original sealed packaging

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 1-2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Please provide your IBAN and account holder name when raising your return request.

Delivery charges (AED 40 or AED 50) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part — such as a wrong or damaged item.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologise. Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as a priority — this type of issue is always resolved at no cost to you.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • The 48-hour return window begins from the time of delivery, not the time of ordering
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible
  • vapdeals.ae reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer
  • All products sold by vapdeals.ae are for personal use only and intended for adults aged 18 and above in compliance with UAE regulations
